European Paprika Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients 

  • 1kg pork loin 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 tbsp paprika 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Black pepper to taste 
  • 1 lemon, juiced 

Preparation 

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). 
  1. Rub the pork loin evenly with olive oil. Season with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring the meat is well coated. 
  1. Place the seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan. Drizzle lemon juice evenly over the surface. 
  1. Roast for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F). 
  1. Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing. 
    Slice and serve warm.
